Here are the best crops to sow multiple times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>High-Frequency Crops (Sow every 2\u20133 weeks)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These grow quickly and are best harvested young and tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lettuce &amp; Salad Leaves:<\/strong> Sow small amounts every 14 days. If you sow a whole packet at once, you\u2019ll have 50 heads of lettuce rotting in the ground by July.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Radishes:<\/strong> These are the &#8220;sprinters.&#8221; They go from seed to plate in 4 weeks. Sow a small row every 2 weeks until August.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spinach:<\/strong> It tends to &#8220;bolt&#8221; (go to seed) in the heat, so sowing every 3 weeks ensures you always have young leaves available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carrots:<\/strong> To have a continuous supply of &#8220;baby&#8221; carrots, sow a new row every 3 weeks until July.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Medium-Frequency Crops (Sow every 4\u20136 weeks)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These take a bit longer to mature but benefit from a second or third &#8220;wave.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Peas:<\/strong> Most people sow a batch in <strong>March\/April<\/strong> and a second batch in <strong>May\/June<\/strong>. This extends your sweet pea season well into late summer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beets:<\/strong> Sow in <strong>April<\/strong> for summer salads, then again in <strong>June\/July<\/strong> for those larger &#8220;storage&#8221; roots you\u2019ll eat in winter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spring Onions:<\/strong> Sow every 4 weeks to keep a fresh supply for your salads throughout the summer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>French Beans (Dwarf):<\/strong> These produce a heavy crop all at once and then get tired.
