They feature tubular handles madeof a highly resistant aluminium alloy, and an ingenious cam-lever systemthat reduces the cutting effort. This systemprovides superior cuttingpower that is roughly equivalent to a 12-year-old child pushing down onthe levers and generating the power of 6 adult men!<br \/>\nThe hardened steel blade interacts with a high-quality, precision-forgedaluminium anvil to deliver a clean, smooth and accurate cut.
