Front of house — version 1
Proposed planting — quantities and suitability need adviser confirmation.
This proposal introduces two large bay trees in matching 45cm (18-inch) pots to flank the front door, creating formality and year-round structure. These are complemented by a cheerful spring display of 14 pots (7 per side of the door), planted with mixed bulbs and low-maintenance early perennials, using a range of pot sizes for visual interest. All new pots use John Innes compost, suiting the needs of bulbs and bay trees. Existing plants and the hard landscaping remain undisturbed.
