The thermal performance of a complete window depends not only on the frame but also on the glazing unit, sealing system and installation quality. Double- or triple-glazed units, warm-edge spacers and carefully designed seals can help limit heat loss and reduce the intrusion of outside noise.

In compact rooms, outward-opening windows can also be a useful option because the sash does not take up space inside the room when opened.

Installation for Every Stage

The most suitable shutter system depends largely on whether the building is under construction or already occupied. Planning the shutter system early makes it easier to coordinate the window opening, insulation layer and box position.

Flush-mounted shutter systems are designed to be concealed beneath the façade finish, allowing the box to remain visually discreet.
