New flower border to replace wildflower border

Replacing the currently wildflower border with some new plants. The effect will still be very colourful in the summer and autumn when the area is in most use by using perennial plants.
First we need to cover the area with landscape ground sheeting peg this down for a few weeks. Then remove and add some fresh compost mixed in to the existing compost, reapply the landscape ground sheeting and start to plant through the sheeting. Once the planting is complete we can apply a bark mulch to the sheeting to cover the sheeting
The plants are planted through the sheeting by cutting crosses through the sheeting.
