Garden concept plan 1st stage – Rough drawing

The GardenAdvice team often explores how to slightly change a garden to tidy all the areas of the garden together.
As per this garden concept plan, we are proposing adding a flower bed based on a gravel bed similar to a Beth Chatto dry garden style
This would add interest to the garden by creating compartments in the garden using the bay tree to help with this effect.
This would also have the advantage of removing the muddy area near the second patio with a gravel path through a gravel bed with some plants
