One of the most important jobs in your garden in the winter is to make sure the plants will be supported next year and have some protection from heavy rain and winter and in the case of perirenal plants many of them just fall over without support as they grow.
Support for your plants is best created in the winter months when the plants are dormant and with perennial plants that have dieback for the winter making it easier to install the frames to support them
