Pruning Soft Fruit.

Please could you tell me when to prune soft fruits.
Answer
First cut out any dead, dieased and damaged wood.
Raspberries summer fruiting varieties should be pruned after fruiting retaining 6-8 young unfruited canes.
Autumn fruiting varieties should be pruned to the ground in February then tie the new canes to the wires as they grow in the spring and summer..
Blackcurrants can be pruned between November and March.Remove one third of fruited branches.No wood should be more that four years old..
Gooseberries should be pruned between November and March,cutting back any new growth produced by the leaders by half,then reduce the side shoots on the leaders to about 4 cm.Cut out any branches crowding out the centre.
