Slippery Decking Problems.

Slippery decking – The solution is to water the decking with jeyes fluid
by using a 2 gallon watering can with 8 cap fulls of jeyes fluid.This
will help to kill the existing lichens and moss that are causing the
decking to be slippery in wet and moist weather conditions.Then after 4
to 6 weeks the decking can be pressure wash or scrubbed with water and a
yard brush to remove the dead lichens and moss.Note that most of the
lichens that cause the slipperiness on the decking are only visible on
very close inspection.
