Job Overview:

As a Content Creation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies across various media platforms including video and audio. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of content creation tasks, including but not limited to social media, video, audible, multi-media, website, photography, and promotional content. In addition, you will be involved in general marketing efforts, both in digital and traditional channels.

Tasks and Duties:

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling social media content and marketing materials to engage and grow the online audience.

  2. Promotional Content:

  3. General Marketing:
    • Contribute to traditional media efforts, including print, radio, and television, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Typical Duties:

The apprenticeship will run for 3 to 5 year period with a starting salary of

£14,200.00 increasing to over the first two years to £19,200.00 per year performance linked progression to £19,200 per annum through 12 salary increments over 24 months followed by a salary of between £25,000 to £41,000 for years 3 to 5

You will be working closely with the administration team, learning there day to day tasks. This is likely to include talking to customers and clients over the telephone and computer based work primarily using Word, Google Docs plus online systems such as Monday.com, Salesforce Alexa Amazon, Final cut Pro and ChatGTP. The job will be incredibly varied, with every day being different from the day before. You may be asked to complete some ad hoc tasks. You will also gain experience with the Managing Director’s Personal Assistant, experiencing their daily tasks. You will develop your communication and organisational skills giving you transferable knowledge and useful skills for any administration based career.
